Terms

Updated November 2, 2026

By using Chess Trainer AI, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the relevant services.

The service

We provide chess training, on-device play, review, community content and AI-assisted analysis. Features may change as the product develops.

Device identity and acceptable use

The app creates an anonymous profile from a device identifier. Do not attack services, bypass membership limits, scrape content at scale or publish unlawful or infringing content.

Membership plans and prices

Membership costs USD $1.99 monthly, $4.99 quarterly, or $17.99 annually. Final charges, taxes and currency conversion are shown by the purchase channel. Administrator-granted membership creates no subscription charge and expires on its stated date.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

If an app-store purchase uses auto-renewal, it renews for the selected term. Manage or cancel it through that store at least 24 hours before the current term ends. Refunds follow the purchase channel's published rules. After cancellation, benefits generally remain active through the paid term.

Member benefits and points

Active members may use features marked as member-only. Benefits may reasonably change as the product evolves. Points are in-app training benefits, not money, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for cash.

Your content

You retain rights in your games and comments. Sharing grants us permission to store and display them for synchronization and community interaction.

Stopping use and deleting data

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of device-linked data and user-generated content as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting data does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription; subscription management, cancellation, and refunds remain subject to Apple's processes. Minimum records required by law or for community safety, dispute handling, and fraud prevention may be retained only for the necessary period.

AI guidance

AI moves and explanations are educational and may be inaccurate. Use them with chess rules and independent judgment.

Availability and contact

We reasonably maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Contact huangdh4@gmail.com about these terms.
